The Patient Choice Coalition was founded by Dan Chepkauskas, native of Muskogee, Oklahoma. Although the Coalition has been primarily in Texas for the past 18 years, Oklahoma NOW benefits from PCCOK (Patient Choice Coalition of Oklahoma), the sister organization to PCCTX (Patient Choice Coalition of Texas). The sister organization PCCOK was formed in 2018 at the request of State Legislators. Those Legislators saw the successes in Texas and were passionate about Oklahoma benefiting as well.
The Patient Choice Coalition of Oklahoma has its headquarters in Muskogee, Oklahoma and represents an IPA (Independent Physicians Association) of over 1000 Physicians, as well as individual Patients and Healthcare Facilities all across the State. A membership this diverse and large is able to provide numerous benefit
Our Mission and Goal
The Mission of the Patient Choice Coalition of Oklahoma is to proactively advocate, educate, lobby, and defend free market healthcare principles in the Legislature and various State Agencies. Our goal is to identify, implement or change existing legislation to promote the integrity of the healthcare industry, individual physicians and patients through free market principles.

PCCOK Members
As an example of our diverse appeal, the Patient Choice Coalition of Oklahoma membership is a collaboration of Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Hospitals, Infusion Centers, Diagnostic Laboratories, Physicians, Surgeons, Chiropractors and Patients; all these are represented by the coalition as well as numerous other Healthcare specialty facilities. Members are located in cities such as Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Muskogee, and others across the state of Oklahoma.
